Who is responsible
Renluftsteknik i Göteborg AB, Swedish company registration number 556319-5865, Metangatan 1W, SE-431 53 Mölndal, is the data controller. Questions about personal data go to sales@rlt.se.
What we collect
When you fill in a form we store what you write: name, phone number, email address, company or association and your message. We also store which page the form was sent from. The information is sent to us by email and handled in our customer register.
The website uses no cookies for tracking or statistics. Films are loaded from YouTube only when you click on them, and Google's terms then apply to what is loaded. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.
Why we process it
To answer your question, send a proposal or book a walk-through. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, when you become a customer, the agreement with you.
For how long
Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted within twelve months. Customer data is kept for as long as the customer relationship lasts and thereafter as long as Swedish accounting law requires.
Who receives it
The information is handled by us at Renluftsteknik. We use providers for email, hosting and our customer register who process the data on our behalf under contract. We never sell data.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted and to object to the processing. Email sales@rlt.se. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.
