The fume does not stop at the extractor
The local extractor takes what forms at the welding table. The rest hangs in the air, follows the air currents and settles on machines, electronics and windows. The ventilation is sized for a steady flow, not for the peaks when three welders run at once.
OxySan captures the fine particles in a filter and at the same time spreads ions in the room that make the rest cluster together and fall to the floor, where they can be swept up.
Where our air cleaners work
That is how much the particle level fell in a mechanical workshop after OxySan was installed. Less wear on the equipment and less load on the ventilation came with it.
Around the clock at Göteborgs Spårvägar
OxySan units run around the clock in the tram repair halls to keep dust and particles on the floor. Dust and fume from grinding, cutting and welding used to be a major nuisance.
